Privacy Policy

This is also our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Effective 2026-Aug-20

The short version

We are a referral service. We try to collect as little about you as possible.

  • We do not save your quiz answers. Your answers stay in your browser and are gone when you leave.
  • We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or address. There is no sign up form on this site.
  • We do not sell your health information. We do not share it with advertising companies.
  • We are paid a referral fee by the partner brands shown on this site.

Who we are

GoTeleMatch.com is operated by High Performance Media LLC, PO Box 721, Canyon, TX 79015. We are not a telehealth company, a medical provider, a pharmacy, or a licensed health company. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What we collect

Your quiz answers: not collected. When you answer questions about what kind of care you are looking for, those answers stay in your web browser. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them.

Your ZIP code: yes. When you reach a results page, your ZIP code is included in the web address so we can show which partners work in your state. That web address reaches our servers.

Basic technical information: yes. Like most websites, we record which pages were viewed, the address of the page you came from, and general device information. We use this to see whether the site is working. Please note that the address of a page you view, for example a page about weight loss medication, can suggest what you were interested in.

A tracking code from an ad, if you arrived from one: yes. If you clicked one of our ads, a short code from that ad is stored in your browser for the session and passed to a partner if you click through, so the partner knows the visit came from us. It does not identify you by name.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your consumer health data.
  • We do not share your consumer health data with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google or Snap.
  • We do not use your health interests to decide what price anyone offers you.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This site is for adults.

Consumer health data, in the categories the law asks for

Washington law asks us to set this out in a specific way, so here it is.

Categories of consumer health data we collect: none that identify you. Your quiz answers are not collected. The web address of a results page you visit can indicate a category of care you looked at, and that address reaches our servers and our analytics.

Purpose: to show you which partner brands operate in your state, and to see whether the site is working.

Categories of sources: you, when you enter a ZIP code, and your browser, when it requests a page.

Categories of consumer health data we share: none.

Categories of third parties and affiliates we share consumer health data with: none. We use a website hosting and analytics provider that processes technical records on our behalf, and it is not permitted to use them for its own advertising purposes.

How to exercise your rights: see Your rights below.

When you click through to a partner

If you choose a partner and click through, you leave our site. From that point their privacy policy applies, not ours. We are paid a referral fee if you connect with them. We do not receive your medical records, your prescription, or the results of your consultation.

How long we keep things

Technical and analytics information is kept only as long as we need it to operate the site. Your quiz answers are never kept, because they are never collected.

Your rights

If you live in Washington State. The My Health My Data Act gives you rights over consumer health data. You may ask us to confirm whether we hold any consumer health data about you, ask who we have shared it with, and ask us to delete it. You may withdraw consent at any time. If we refuse a request, you may appeal, and we will tell you in writing why. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Washington State Attorney General.

If you live in California. You may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. Health information is treated as sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law.

If you live in Nevada. You have rights over consumer health data under Nevada law, including the right to ask us to delete it and to withdraw consent.

Everyone else. Ask us anyway. We will apply the same approach wherever we reasonably can.

How to make a request. Write to us at High Performance Media LLC, PO Box 721, Canyon, TX 79015 and tell us what you are asking for. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to ask you for information to locate any records, and if we cannot identify any data relating to you we will tell you that.

Changes

If we change how this site works, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If we ever begin collecting contact details or health information directly, we will say so here first and ask for your consent before collecting anything.
