About GoTeleMatch

GoTeleMatch is a referral service. You tell us what kind of care you are looking for and where you live, and we show you the telehealth brands in our partner network that work in your state. It is free to you.

Partner brands pay us a referral fee when you connect with them. That is our only source of revenue from this site. Every partner we show is a paying partner, and we label them as sponsored every time.

We think you should know that up front, because it tells you something important: our list is a short list of companies we have a commercial relationship with. It is not a survey of the market and it is not a quality ranking. There may be a better or cheaper option for you that is not on this site, including options offered directly by the government.

• We will not give you medical advice or tell you whether a treatment is right for you.
• We will not claim a compounded medication is the same as an FDA approved one.
• We will not tell you a partner is high quality or verified unless we can show you why.
• We will not sell your health information or hand it to advertising companies.

Where we publish information about medications or telehealth, we work from the highest quality sources available, in this order: United States law and regulation, then federal agency documents such as FDA and CMS publications, then state law, then peer reviewed medical research. We do not use blog posts, forum threads, or AI generated content as sources. Where we state a fact, we say where it came from, and we show when the page was last reviewed.

If we get something wrong, tell us and we will correct it and say that we did.
